TfMC To Quench the Thirst for Mature and Top-notch Theatrical Works in Malawi!

The THEATRICAL Felix Millowa Company (TfMC) is a new theatre company based in the Capital City Lilongwe.  It has been founded on the ideals of participatory theater for advocacy on development, human rights and good governance with communities by engaging  professional actors in collaborative theatrical projects.

Secondly the THEATRICAL Felix Millowa Company aims to entertain, inform and educate the Malawi populace. In order to achieve this, all the plays and creative projects showcased for the public will be balanced accordingly, depicting the experimentation of new areas of theatre to Malawi such as operetta and drift concepts such as African ballet.

The TfMC will create original material as well as adapt and present works of other writers revolving around issues and values pertinent to the lives of Malawians and other African nations.

Recruitment of Actors & Actress

The THEATRICAL Felix Millowa Company (TfMC) is recruiting potential actors and actresses (trainees) for a theatre project. Applicants must satisfy the following:

• Must be18 years old or above.
• Must have a passion for dramatic arts and also assess and resolve that they have a career in this field.
• Must be fluent English speakers
• Must have sober habits
• Those married must obtain consent from the spouse in writing.
• They should be ready to abide by the code of conduct and ethics of the TfMC
